Welcome New Employees

VESP is proud to welcome the following people to our devoted staff of employees:

 

 

Mr. Tom Hartman, EIT, LEED AP, graduate of Old Dominion University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and a minor in Environmental Engineering, has recently joined the Civil Engineering team at VESP.  Tom graduated cum laude from ODU and received the Faculty Award from the Civil Engineering Department.  Tom has recently relocated to Harrisonburg after having worked for McKim & Creed in Virginia Beach.  His previous land development experience includes having worked for VDOT for six years before completing his degree.  Tom's presence will add valued experience and energy to the Civil Engineering Department.  He now resides in Harrisonburg, with his wife, Emily, and their two dogs, Ruby and Sebashian.

 

 

Mr. Jim Miller, of Weyers Cave, has joined the Building Systems team as a Mechanical Engineer.  Jim is a graduate of Kansas State University with an Associate of Science Degree Mechanical Engineering Technology (ASMET).  Jim's design skill set includes institutional and educational projects, as well as other aspects of VESP's market segments.  Jim's presence and breadth of experience will add great value to the Building Systems team.  Jim, originally from Staunton, now resides in Weyers Cave with his wife Sylvia.

 

 

Mr. Jason Damico, EIT, has recently come on board with VESP as an Electrical Engineer.  Jason relocated to the Valley from Winchester where he worked as an Electrical Engineer for KTA Group in Herndon, VA.  Jason has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, with a minor in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University. With the amount of electrical system design work performed by VESP, Jason has been a great resource and very valuable addition to the Building Systems team.  Jason now resides in Harrisonburg, with his wife, Leyna, and newborn son, Kelton.
